Jennifer is a former Cook County criminal prosecutor with a wealth of trial experience.  She is an experienced litigator representing individuals and corporate entities in both state and federal courts. 

Jennifer is a graduate of the University of Houston and the John Marshall Law School.  She is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois (General and Trial Bar). 

Jennifer is an active member of the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, the Women's Bar Association of Illinois, the West Suburban Bar Association, the Southwest Bar Association, the Women's Criminal Defense Bar Association, the Korean-American Bar Association and the Asian American Bar Association.  She is also a board member of the Southwest Bar Association, and founding member and past president of the Women's Criminal Defense Bar Association. 

Additionally, Jennifer has served as a volunteer attorney for the Korean American Bar Association Pro-Bono Legal Clinic and the Chicago Volunteer Legal Services Foundation.  She is a past recipient of the Distinguished Services Award from the Chicago Volunteer Legal Services Foundation and the Outstanding Services Award from the Asian American Bar Association of Chicago.

Samuel is a former associate of a large well-known downtown Chicago law firm.  He is an experienced litigator in a broad range of areas in state and federal courts, administrative tribunals, arbitrations and mediations.  Samuel is also experienced in counseling and advising businesses and entrepreneurs, negotiating and drafting contracts, and business transactions.   

Samuel is a graduate of the Arizona State University and the John Marshall Law School.  He is admitted to practice in the State of Illinois, State of Texas, the United State District Court for the Northern District of Illinois (General and Trial Bar) and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit Court. 

Samuel is an active member of the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, the Korean-American Bar Association and the Asian American Bar Association.  He has served as a member of the board of directors for the Korean American Bar Association and chair of its Pro-Bono Legal Clinic. 

Additionally, Samuel has served as a volunteer attorney for the Korean American Bar Association Pro-Bono Legal Clinic and the Chicago Volunteer Legal Services Foundation.  He is a past recipient of Certificate of Appreciation and Recognition Award from the Korean American Bar Association for Dedication at its Pro-Bono Legal Clinic.
