The firm evolved into its current entity over the years.  The firm was founded in May of 2000 by Jennifer E. Bae when she resigned her position as a criminal prosecutor with the Office of Cook County State's Attorney and opened the Law Offices of Jennifer E. Bae concentrating in criminal defense.  Several months thereafter, Samuel S. Bae resigned his positin as a civil litigator with a large well-known downtown Chicago law firm and joined the firm. 

The attorneys of the firm have varied experiences and are comfortable and excel in the courtrooms as well as in negotiations.  Moreover, the firm is small enough to provide personal attention to each and every client. 

Over the years, the firm has continued to enjoy steady growth and success as a result of its stellar reputation and favorable results obtained for its clients.  In fact, most of the clients are referred to the firm by former clients, business professionals and other attorneys.
